MP'act works with investors, asset managers, owners of commercial or logistics assets, project owners, owner's reps and engineering firms. Whenever an energy decision commits a building for 15 to 30 years, an independent third party becomes relevant.
An engineering firm produces technical and regulatory studies — drawings, calculations, specifications. My role is upstream and parallel: I ensure studies ask the right questions, that answers are compared without bias, and that the decision-maker understands what they are signing.
Each assignment starts with an initial scoping conversation, which triggers action very quickly. I then propose the scope and deliverables. Assignments range from 2 days to several months. Fees are agreed before any commitment.
The scoring methodology is a multi-criteria evaluation grid applied to contractor bids during tendering. Each criterion is weighted according to your priorities. The result: an "objective" score per contractor, with a justified and defensible decision.
